Luen Mei · Xiyue Wins Gold Award at the 2024 MUSE Design Awards

The winners of the 10th MUSE Design Awards have been announced, with the interior designs (D2-1 and D5-2 layouts) of Luen Mei · Xiyue, developed by Luen Mei Real Estate Group, standing out among global entries to secure the 2024 Gold Award.

Known as the “Oscars of the design world”, the MUSE Design Awards were established in 2015 by the International Awards Associate (IAA). They recognize outstanding design achievements across various fields, including architecture, interior, product, landscape, lighting, packaging, and fashion. As one of the most influential international awards on the global arena of creative design, the awards are renowned for their rigorous evaluation process and high standards.

The judging panel of the Muse Design Awards consists of highly respected and experienced professionals in their respective fields. They evaluate each entry based on their professional industry knowledge and skills in specific categories.

The Lianmei · Xiyue project, situated along the banks of the Hunhe River in Shenyang, encompasses a waterfront residential area exceeding one million square meters.
