Luen Mei Group's "Successors" Talent Development Plan is Officially Launched

Luen Mei's "successors", starts a new journey in the cloud! On August 6, the launching ceremony of Luen Mei Group's "successors" talent development plan was held in the Group headquarters, sub-groups and companies. Yin Xiaoyang, vice president of the Group, Zhou Xuecai, vice president of the Group, heads of enterprises and team members, mentors and trainees of the "successors" plan attended the ceremony.

In his speech, vice president Zhou Xuecai pointed out that in the process of Luen Mei's high-quality development, talents have always been the core factor of enterprise development. "We should not only attract industry elites to join Luen Mei family, but also pay more attention to selecting and cultivating our existing employees from an open and development perspective".

The "successors" plan is implemented throughout the group. It aims to cultivate a reserve force of innovative talents and build a succession talent echelon through a scientific, reasonable and effective talent training mechanism, so as to realize the sustainable development of the company's core talent team.

The "successors" plan has received strong support from group leaders, sub-groups and companies. Mr. Su Zhuangqiang, Chairman of the Group, personally served as the leader of the leading group. All departments, sub-groups and companies of the group headquarters gave full support to the "successors" plan. The human administration center of the Group and the human administration departments of various business segments have established special working groups to promote all work efficiently.

As a systematic and complete talent development plan, the "successors" plan is composed of five projects: "Luen Mei's commander", "Luen Mei's general", "Luen Mei's eagle", "Luen Mei's artisan" and "Reputation personnel", which not only cultivate handsome talents and generals, but also develop the backbone of our team, technical experts and new strength.

In 2021, the headquarters of the Group and various industrial sectors simultaneously carried out the projects of "Luen Mei's general", "Luen Mei's eagle", "Luen Mei's artisan" and "Reputation personnel". The project trainees would gradually grow into successors to key positions and reserve talents of the company through systematic and targeted trainings.

After the scientific and democratic selection of the Group headquarters, sub-groups and companies, 20 trainees of "Luen Mei's general", 50 "Luen Mei's eagle" and 8 "Luen Mei's artisan" were finally determined.

At the launching ceremony, vice president Zhou Xuecai awarded the admission notice to the trainees of "Luen Mei's general" and "Luen Mei's eagle", and vice president Yin Xiaoyang awarded the certificate of "Luen Mei's mentor" as the mentor of "Luen Mei's general", "Luen Mei's eagle" and "Luen Mei's artisan".

Sun Yanqing, assistant general manager of Shenyang Hunnan heat-supplying Co., Ltd, and Li Xuezheng, general manager of the financial management center of the real estate group, spoke on behalf of the trainees and mentors respectively.

In his concluding speech, vice president Yin Xiaoyang placed great hopes on the "successors" plan: "We look forward to your continuous growth, all-round improvement and continuing to open up territory for Luen Mei and jointly create a better future for the Group!"
