A team led by Sanya’s Vice Mayor Chengling YIN visits SHOWAY

On November 7, the delegation led by Chengling YIN, Vice Mayor of the Sanya Municipal People’s Government, and Secretary of the Party Committee and Director General of the Administrative Bureau of Sanya Central Business District, and composed of the General Office of the Sanya Municipal People’s Government, Sanya Investment Promotion Bureau, Sanya Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, People’s Government of Jiyang District, Sanya, and Sanya Tourism and Culture Investment Group, visited SHOWAY of Luen Mei Real Estate. Senior management of Luen Mei Real Estate, including Vice Chairman Haibo ZHANG, President Zelin ZHANG and Vice President Jun XU, accompanied and had a symposium with the delegation.

 

During this visit, Haibo ZHANG introduced the overall planning, development and operation of SHOWAY, and shared the development history and industrial layout of Luen Mei Group and Luen Mei Real Estate. Zelin ZHANG presented the conceptual planning scheme of Luen Mei’s Sanya project, and answered questions leaders of the Sanya Government are interested in.

 

Chengling YIN recognized the corporate strength of Luen Mei Group and Luen Mei Real Estate as well as the early-stage investment preparations. She came up with constructive suggestions for the planning scheme of Luen Mei’s Sanya project. Both sides reached consensus on the advance direction for project execution.
